Readings and digital products

Readings are delivered by email as a PDF to the address you use at checkout. Delivery times are listed on each product page. The Soul Season Reading arrives within 72 hours. Ebooks and other downloads are available right after purchase. There is no shipping charge for digital products.

If your reading has not arrived in the stated time, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us and we will resend it.

Altar goods: orgonite, stones and jewelry

Altar goods are shipped directly to you by our partner workshops in North America. Each order is packed for you after you place it.

Orgonite pyramids, stones and copper cuffs usually arrive in 8 to 14 business days.
The Copper Eternity Bracelet is handmade in the USA and usually arrives in 3 to 5 business days after it ships.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders of $75 or more from the same partner workshop ship free within the United States, and the free option appears at checkout when your order qualifies.

If you order more than one item, they may ship from different workshops and arrive in separate packages on different days. Once each package ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Merchandise

Apparel, prints and accessories are printed on demand by our production partner and shipped directly to you. Each order is made after you place it, so please allow time for production before your order ships. Production usually takes a few business days.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we will try to correct it before your order ships.

Customs and international orders

For orders shipped outside the United States, any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
