Readings

What do I need to order a reading?
Your full name, birth date, birth time and birth city. You enter these at checkout.

What if I do not know my birth time?
You can still order. Write UNKNOWN at checkout. Your reading will be built from your planets and numerology, and it will note that it was made without a birth time.

How are readings delivered?
As a black and gold PDF sent to the email you use at checkout. Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it.

How long does a reading take?
Delivery times are listed on each product page. The Soul Season Reading arrives within 72 hours.

Is my reading automated?
No. Your chart is cast from your exact birth details and your reading is built for you by House of Seventeen.

Can I order a reading for someone else?
Yes. Enter their name and birth details at checkout. Readings make meaningful gifts.

I entered my details wrong. What do I do?
Contact us before your reading is delivered and we will correct it at no cost.

Are readings a substitute for professional advice?
No. Readings are offered for spiritual insight and personal reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

Altar Goods

Where do altar goods come from?
Our orgonite, stones and copper are made by partner workshops in North America and shipped directly to you. The Copper Eternity Bracelet is handmade by a single artisan in the USA.

How long does shipping take?
Orgonite pyramids, stones and copper cuffs usually arrive in 8 to 14 business days. The Copper Eternity Bracelet usually arrives in 3 to 5 business days after it ships. You will get a tracking number by email.

Is shipping free?
Orders of $75 or more from the same workshop ship free within the United States. The free option appears at checkout when your order qualifies.

Why does my piece look a little different from the photo?
Natural stones and handmade pieces vary in color and pattern, so every piece is one of a kind. Copper also darkens into a patina over time. You can polish it back to bright if you prefer.

What if my piece arrives broken?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund.

Can I return something I changed my mind about?
Because altar goods ship directly from our workshops, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size details on each product page.

Do these products heal?
Our altar goods are offered for decorative and spiritual use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

Merchandise

How is merchandise made?
Apparel and prints are printed on demand after you order, then shipped directly to you with tracking.

Can I return or exchange merchandise?
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for size or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace or refund it.

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size chart. Please check it before ordering.
